Space .If your event is Outdoor set up on a flat ground is better if set up ok grass mats will unconnect. If event is indoor there must be enough space (30feet long 30feet wide ) . Set up time for equipment take 30-40mins . Full payment must be 5-7 days before event date. If final payment is not received by 3pm on 5th day a $25 late charge will apply . To cancel must be 7days before event date.(All payments are non refundable customers are given a credit or option to reschedule date. If you are using a hall rental with a specific time frame please put that in booking memo so that we can adjust time for pick up to ensure your party will be out before your time is up at the location. 
POLICY: please read in full 
Weather: it is the customer responsibility to check weather for date of event. We do not set up in the rain or projected rain . You must reschedule or move indoor. There are no refunds 

Water: No equipment is allowed to get wet if you will have water at your event while our equipment is present you must pay a $75 cleaning fee. Travel fee : applies to all rentals 

Time frame: Last pick up is 7pm (except in unforeseen circumstances)

(Cleaning fee/damage /misplacement ) if at pick up time there is food liquid (wet ) paint shoe prints (not in  state equipment was presented to customer) you will not receive your deposit back.
